This certificate short course introduces students to the core mechanics of photography, visual storytelling, manual camera operation, and industry-standard digital image editing. Designed specifically for beginners, the curriculum builds from the ground up—taking you from auto mode to full creative control.
Through practical studio sessions and outdoor assignments, you will master exposure variables, natural and artificial lighting setup, framing aesthetics, and post-processing workflows using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. By the end of this 8-week program, you will have built a professional-grade photography portfolio that demonstrates technical precision and a distinct creative vision.
