Overview
This certificate short course introduces students to the core fundamentals of animation, visual effects, motion design, and 3D production workflows. Designed tailored for absolute beginners, this program deconstructs complex pipelines into accessible, hands-on milestones.
Students will gain direct experience navigating production spaces, setting up lighting arrays, and manipulating camera data within virtual environments. By the end of this intensive 8-week journey, you will combine assets, textures, and physical simulations to output a short-animated sequence and a polished, production-ready VFX shot suitable for a beginner professional portfolio.

Apply Animation Principles: Effectively implement squash and stretch, timing, spacing, and weight to create believable motion.
Navigate 3D Workspaces: Confidently command UI layouts, 3D coordinate planes, and native tools within creation suites.
Model & Texture Environments: Build basic 3D structures and assign custom realistic surface materials, textures, and mapping nodes.
Construct Virtual Lighting: Deploy three-point studio configurations, ambient environments, and node-based rendering outputs.
Composite High-Impact VFX: Combine multi-layer render passes, animate motion graphics, track cameras, and export refined compositions optimized for film and social media platforms.
